In order to be certified with the CCTP Credential, applicants must pass the eligibility criteria.
Education + Experience will be effected from January 2020
1.1. A minimum related university bachelor degree, in Security Studies, HomelandSecurity Studies, Terrorism or Counter Terrorism Studies, Intelligence Studies, and/or
1.2. Relevant proven experience in the field of security, law enforcement or military with at least eight years in management role and/or responsibility, If relevant degree is not available.
Minimum age of 30 years.
The participant is expected to not have any criminal records and must declare this status during the application process.
The participant must submit two professional references who have personal knowledge of, and can validate your security experience, character, and good standing.
CCTP Candidates will be required to take an examination which will test their skill and knowledge. A minimum of 70% passing mark must be achieved to qualify for the Certified Counter Terrorism Practitioner Certification.
1.1. A minimum university degree and at least 2 years experience in the security, law enforcement or military field, or
1.2. Relevant experience in the field of security, law enforcement or military with at least 5 years within executive or management role and/or responsibility, if relevant degree is not available.
Minimum age of 25 years.
